Bachman Family Beef Co. is a small family farm and ranch operation dedicated to raising the highest quality beef for your consumption. Owners, Travis and Jessica Bachman, raise all natural Angus steers that are grass fed from weaning and finished on locally milled grain. Jessica is daughter to Jimmy and Beck Morath and also owner and lead creator behind Morath Orchard Farm to Table Dinners.

Travis Bachman has raised cattle in Clay County, TX since 2005 and has been feeding out our Angus steers to butcher every year since 2015. The calves are grass-fed from weaning and supplemented with locally milled grain the last 90-110 days prior to processing. We will have Angus steers that will be ready to butcher in June 2022. They are sold by the quarter, half or whole beef. If you can find some people to go in with, feel free to split it up further.
